This is the Flag of Midnight Mansion.
Like all flags, this has a meaning to it.
The black and red shield represents that the inhabitants of Midnight Mansion will defend themselves by any means as well as support and care for one another.
The "V" is a Vampire Tooth. It was first created by Sage Darkwing and is now used for the Flag of Midnight Mansion. The tooth's meaning is that the inhabitants are a bloodthirsty and fiendish race.
